How much does it cost?

Do you mean the problem? Or the solution? That’s the question we ask everyone who wants us to help – how much is your problem costing you? Usually, to our surprise, business owners and leaders don’t actually know. We help them work it out. There is no way we would ask or expect anyone to spend anything on a service if it was not financially justified. We want to solve problems, not create them.

So, what’s the real answer? It depends. We can provide minimal or optimal solutions related to your resources. It’s entirely up to you.

How experienced or qualified are your people?

Very important and smart question. We only ever use subject-matter experts, facilitators and coaches. There’s no ‘chew and spew’ trainers on our books. If they are not expert salespeople, we won’t let them deliver our sales development work. If they’ve never led successful teams, they don’t deliver our leadership programs. They must know the best, do the best and be the BEST level.

While we are not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we often joint venture with them because they want our content. We are quality behavioural change facilitators and we get results. We deliver skills and strategies, not just knowledge.

Can we get government funding or support for your programs?

That may be possible, but it’s not our preferred way of working. We have seen too many people burned when government funding inevitably changes. That’s why we strongly recommend relying on your own budgets, rather than grants, subsidies or rebates. We want business owners to understand that training and inspiring their people is a continual business responsibility, that needs costed into business overheads. If you can’t afford to pay for training or meetings, you may need consulting or advisory help to revisit your business model, revenue generation and relative expenses.

Can you help us with venues and other presenters or trainers?

Of course. It’s not a core offering for us, but we’re always happy to refer people we know and trust. We don’t receive any reward for that, other than your happiness.
